At Shine Rituals, we want you to love every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
It must be in the original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Items that cannot be returned:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased on sale or with discount codes
Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Unboxing video is a must, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number and clear photos/videos and unboxing video of the item.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified of the approval status
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable
It may take additional time for your bank/payment provider to process the refund
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your product and place a new order.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
